Onboarding

Potential candidates go through HR and agency leader’s interview.

Examinations

Selected candidates will take the 3 compulsory papers for licensing. RES 5, M9 and M9a.

Induction Programme

Candidates will undergo a 6-week training programme to be introduced to the structure of this business and career path. Candidates will also go through comprehensive products and sales presentation training. This can be done concurrently with examinations.

Get Contracted

Upon passing the relevant papers, candidates can apply to get contracted as a financial representative. Upon graduation from the induction programme and getting contracted, candidates will enter Apprenticeship.

Apprenticeship

A 52-week training programme where we closely monitor candidate’s sales progress, identify weaknesses and improve on them, while working on various ways to provide value to clients and engage them.
